The Church at Catoosa began in 2000 as a small prayer group meeting in a farmhouse on Three Notch Road. Since that time, TCC quickly moved to a daycare center and then to the Colonnade in 2001 to meet the needs of the growing congregation. The Colonnade has provided excellent facilities for our church and today activities spread throughout the facility all day each Sunday.
TCC continues to have a vision for ministry that extends beyond the ability of any building to provide that is available only one day a week. For that reason, the church began it's first building campaign in 2003, titled "All Things Possible". This campaign led to sufficient funds for the church to exercise an option to purchase eighteen acres of property on Pine Grove Road, within easy view of Battlefield Parkway, in 2005. In 2008, TCC began it's second building campaign, "Threshold... Open the Door". This campaign provided the funds to begin the process of the necessary wetland studies, engineering and architectural studies as well as begin work on the driveway that will lead to the new building. As funds from this campaign continue to come in they are used to get us even closer to crossing that threshold of a building that will be available for use twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
